Board Member of Bay Soil & Water Conservation District

Serving since 2007, Tommy Hamm has been serving as a volunteer Board Member for the Bay Soil and Water Conservation District. One thing the program focuses on is outdoor education for teens to bring awareness through different activities.

Recently, the focus has been on dune re-nourishment and sea oat planting and harvesting each year at no expense to the taxpayers. The funding for all this volunteer work comes via an independent non-profit third party.
